    My goal is to provide a safe, and secure, space where individuals, couples, parents, and families can discuss their lives openly without fear of judgment.

MY PRACTICE

I believe healing is often less about fixing ourselves and more about understanding ourselves. I love helping clients connect the dots.

Together, we might explore nervous system responses, attachment patterns, family dynamics, parts work, relationship patterns, values, identity, or the impact of past experiences. I frequently incorporate assessments, not as labels, but as tools for self-discovery and deeper understanding.

Nurturing Wellness Counseling (NWC) is a private pay practice and is not in-network with any insurance companies. NWC’s fee is $285 per individual session. Currently, there are no sliding scale openings available. 

Superbills can be provided for individual therapy. Superbills will not be provided for couples or family therapy and Insurance companies will not cover this service. I cover this extensively on my FAQ page and invite you to read more.
